Is Preservation Creek sold out?

No. Preservation Creek is a new master-planned community in development, with approximately 5,700 homes planned at full build-out. Builders release homes for sale and for rent in phases through 2026. Join the interest list for release updates.

Preservation Creek is in the Alvin area of Brazoria County, Texas, just off Highway 288 and FM 1462. Some maps and mailing records show a Rosharon 77583 postal address for the same location. Both refer to the same community in the Austin Bayou District.

What school district is Preservation Creek in?

Preservation Creek is planned within Angleton Independent School District (Angleton ISD). School zoning and assignments are determined by Angleton ISD and may change.
